Job Purpose: To lead project delivery and ensure successful outcomes whilst maintaining effective communication, collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Successfully plan, manage and deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget.
• Manage project resources, including personnel and technology, to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure effective quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify, mitigate and manage project risks.
• Manage project finances, including cost estimation, budget management and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration with project team members to achieve positive outcomes.
• Lead and develop project team members to achieve project success.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and practices.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
• Telecommunication industry experience is a plus.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Minimum of 10 years' project management experience in a related field.
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
